For single-family projects (including attached single-family homes), no credit may be awarded if the project includes parking and a dedicated hook-up for an electric vehicle, but an electric vehicle has not been provided with the home. If a single-family project includes parking and a dedicated hook-up for an electric vehicle AND an electric vehicle has been provided with the home, 1/2 point ID point may be awarded.
