For part (c), there is no minimum requirement for the "no-disturbance zone". The tree preservation plan and "no-disturbance" zones are only applicable if part of the site is being protected and preserved. If none of the lot is being preserved, this part of the credit can be ignored and points may be awarded if the rest of the requirements in part (c) are met.
