For part (d), in a production home setting, can this part of the credit be satisfied if the signage is only included on the model home in front of the subdivision?
Ruling
Each home should have some signage. For subdivisions, it is acceptable to have a sign that is 6 square feet on the model or at the front of the subdivision if all the homes in the subdivision are pursuing LEED certification. Additionally, each home must have an individual LEED sign, although they don\'t have to be 6 square feet.
