If an efficient framing measure is used throughout the home where practical, can the credit be awarded even if 100% of the framing does not satisfy the credit requirements?

Ruling

If the project is predominantly stick-frame, credit may be awarded if at least 90% of the framing complies with the credit requirements. If the project is not predominantly stick-frame, a project-specific CIR must be submitted. Applicable Internationally.
