Yes, but the home owner\'s substantial involvement is defined as a detailed knowledge of each and every LEED measure, direct involvement in the selection of each, and knowledge of how to properly operate and maintain each LEED measure. Also, the operations and maintenance manual is still required, since it is needed if the home is sold to a new owner at some future time.
