If the irrigation system is installed below-ground , it should be treated as permanent. In this case, credit may be awarded for WE 2.1 / WE 2.3 / SS 2.5 if the credit requirements are met. If the system is above-ground and designed to be temporary, it should not be awarded credit under WE 2.1 or included in the calculation for SS 2.5 / WE 2.3. Applicable Internationally.
