Does LEED for Homes require a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)?
Ruling
LEED for Homes does not require a SWPPP. As always, LEED for Homes does not pre-empt local or state law, so if a SWPPP is required by the laws governing a given project then it must be done.
