Can a midrise project earn exemplary performance credit for meeting the requirements of SS 3.2 - Reduce Roof Heat Island Effect - for the entire roof?
Ruling
Yes - if a mid-rise pilot project meets the requirements of SS 3.2 in the Mid-rise Pilot Guidelines for 100% of the roof area, and at least 50% of the roof area is covered by vegetation, 1 ID point can be awarded for exemplary performance.
