If a home only has cathedral ceilings or a flat roof in which the joists are spaced greater than 16" o.c., can the project be awarded 1/2 point for both roof rafters and ceiling joists?
Ruling
No - if a project has only joists or rafters (i.e. has cathedral ceilings or a flat roof), credit may only be awarded for rafters OR joists (not both).
