For the Exterior Wall Framing and Interior Wall Framing components, can a project be awarded 1/2 point total if the EPP specification is met for 45% of each of the two components, even if the EPP specification is not met for 90% of either?
Ruling
Yes - if a project meets the EPP specification for 45% of the interior wall framing and 45% of the exterior wall framing, 1/2 point total may be awarded.
