Can part (b) be earned by using lights with photosensors - which turn exterior lights off when there is adequate natural light?
Ruling
No - part (b) can only be earned using lights that are powered by solar panels. Photosensors that turn lights off during daylight hours are encouraged, but not worthy of LEED credit. Applicable internationally.
