Are projects required to keep track of how much framing lumber is actually used on the project, and limit this waste to 10%? Or, ooes the requirement only apply to the estimation and purchase up-front?
Ruling
Project teams are not expected to track framing lumber use for this prerequisite. If a project estimates lumber needs and orders less than 10% additional lumber, the prerequisite is met even if it\'s later discovered that the estimates were incorrect.
