For the Landscape / Decking or Patio component, can the EPP or Local Production credit be awarded if the project has both a deck and patio, but the requirements are only met for one or the other?
Ruling
No - if a project has both decking and patio materials, 90% of the combined material must meet the requirements under EPP or Local Production. If a project only has a deck or patio, credit may still be awarded.
