Part (b) can be met alternatively in the following ways: (1) install five 4-gallon shrubs per 500 sq ft of disturbed lot area; (2) install six 3-gallon shrubs per 500 sq ft of disturbed lot area; (3) install ten 2-gallon shrubs per 500 sq ft of disturbed lot area.
