For cases such as those described, half credit may be awarded in SS 4.1, but only if all final hardscapes are installed, including driveways, walkways, patios, etc. No credit may be awarded in part (c) for permanent infiltration features, such as bioswales or rain gardens, that are not installed yet. Please also see SS Gen-24 for other stipulations that apply to projects with no landscaping installed. See SS 04-14 for cases where there is no space for landscaping.
