Can the LEED-H rater or verifier sign the accountability form for measures which she/he is capable of verifying?
Ruling
No, the LEED for Homes Green Rater cannot sign the Accountability Form for measures that he/she is verifying. This would be a violation of the requirement that all LEED for Homes measures must be 3rd party verified.
