If a project is taking credit for rainwater harvesting for outdoor applications, does the system have to be plumbed to provide the water to an irrigation system? What if there is no irrigation system - should other requirements (hooked up to hose, etc.) be included?
Ruling
The credit language does not require that the rainwater harvesting system be plumbed for indoor applications. The Green Rater has some discretion to deny this credit if there are no loads for the water being collected.
