Must "basic community resources" be publicly-accessible? If a multi-family building or development includes spaces listed in Table 2 that may only be used by the residents, can these be counted toward earning the credit?
Ruling
"Basic community resources" must be accessible to the public. If a project can meets the credit requirements by using resources that serve only the residents, half credit may be awarded.
