Yes, part (d) does apply to any woodstoves or other appliances that are intended to be used for space heating. If a project does not meet the specific requirements in part (d), submit project-specific information about the specific space heating equipment (e.g. woodstove) being used and how it intends to meet the intent of the requirement.
