The V&S Guidelines indicate that construction waste reduction or diversion rates may be "based on project team estimates". Does the project team need supporting documentation to justify their "estimates"?
Ruling
The project team must provide the Green Rater with detailed records (e.g. number, size, date of waste hauls) to justify any waste reduction or diversion estimates.
