For Floor / Flooring, can recycled-content carpet be used to satisfy the requirements? If so, does both the carpet and pad have to meet the recycled-content requirement?
Ruling
Yes - if part of the floor area of the home is carpeted, both the carpet and pad must be recycled-content (or meet the average recycled-content requirement, by weight or volume) in order to count toward the EPP requirement.
