For part (d), in rural projects that may have very long driveways where the home is not visible from the road, can this part of the credit be satisfied by placing the sign at the road rather than on the exterior of the home?

This CIR is granted. Projects that are at the end of a very long driveway can meet the signage requirement by placing the sign at the road, rather than on the home.
