Should projects with nonducted forced-air systems (e.g. mini-split, PTAC) automatically be awarded EQ 6.2 for Nonducted Systems?
Ruling
No, EQ 6.2 should not be awarded automatically to projects with nonducted forced-air systems. Projects with nonducted forced-air systems may only be awarded EQ 6.2 if the requirement in section A for Return Air Flow are met.
