In a mid-rise project there are various trade contractors. Can this credit be earned by training only the trades\' managers of each of the various trade contractor companies (e.g. carpenters, HVAC, plumber, insulation, electrical). Or is each individual member of the various trades\' crews required to participate?
This credit can be earned by providing training, as per the credit requirements, to only the trades\' managers on the following conditions: 1) a representative for each individual trade contractor (not just each trade type) is present; 2) those project managers receiving training are expected to be involved throughout construction; and 3) the project managers are given explicit instruction to explain and review what was included in the training with their crew members.
