Yes, 1/2 point is awarded for 25% flyash or slag IF there is demonstrated proof that 30% is not allowed; 1 point for 50% flyash or slag. The TASC has previously turned down most requests to lower the requirement to 25%. They have ruled to award 1/2 exemplary performance credit for the use of 50% flyash as a substitute for concrete.
