Flooring products certified under the SMaRT Platinum label can be treated as equivalent to products certified under SCS FloorScore for the MR 2.2 low emissions credit. A project that uses flooring products certified as SMaRT Platinum or SCS FloorScore certified for at least 90% of flooring can earn 0.5 point under MR 2.2 low emissions. Additional question for TAG: Should SMaRT Platinum products be awarded EPP credit, instead of or in addition to low-emissions credit?
