Can MR 1.5 be earned if the roof and walls meet the credit requirements, but the floor is slab on grade? In CIR MR 01-34, the ruling states that full credit in MR 1.5 can be earned if the walls are fabricated off-site, and open web trusses are used for floor and roof framing. Can MR 1.5 be earned if the walls are panelized off-site, the roof is either panelized off-site or an open web truss, and the floor is slab on grade?

A project can earn full credit under MR 1.5 if the roof, walls, and interior floors meet the requirements in the credit or associated CIRs, but the bottom floor is slab-on-grade. Applicable Internationally.
