Can a project earn credit for SCS FloorScore certified material, if greater than 90% of the hard-surface flooring is SCS Floorscore but less than 90% of the total flooring is SCS Floorscore.
Ruling
A project may only be awarded credit for SCS Floorscore certified flooring if 90% or more of the total flooring area is SCS Floorscore certified. For example, if 25% of the flooring area is carpet, the project cannot earn credit for SCS Floorscore certified flooring even if all of the hard flooring meets the requirement.
