In order to earn ID 2.3, projects are expected to have at least 18-20 strategies and at least 3 in every medium or high durability risk area. All strategies must be verified to be counted. If fewer than 90% of the total strategies are verified but the total number of verified measures exceeds this requirement (20 total, 3 per medium/high risk), then the credit may be awarded. This count may not include strategies that are already prerequisites in the Rating System (see ID 02-26).
