Generally, residential lots are defined by some deed, land restrictions or other clear designation. In cases where the home is part of a larger agricultural lot, the Provider and project team should work together to define the lot in a way that is fair and reasonable. Any determination of the lot line should be applied equally to ALL credits in the Rating System.
