Yes, it is acceptable to include the services that currently reside in the existing community shopping center so long as they will be in place when the proposed LEED project is complete. In addition, it is assumed that the existing portion of the community shopping center is not included in the scope of work of the proposed LEED project. Project teams are not allowed to include services within their own project to comply with this credit. Applicable Internationally.
