Do drought-tolerant plantings or turf have to be fully established before credit may be awarded? Is it sufficient for the project team to have seeded and mulched?
Ruling
No, plantings and turf do not have to be fully established in order to earn the credits in SS 2.2-2.5. However, vegetation must be installed or seeded; having only a landscape design is not sufficient.
