Is there exemplary performance credit available for mid-rise projects if the outdoor water demand is reduced by more than 60%?
Ruling
Yes, projects can earn 1/2 exemplary performance point for each 5% reduction beyond 60%. A reduction of 65% or more is worth 1/2 point, 70% is worth 1 point, 75% is worth 1.5 points, etc. A 100% reduction in water demand is worth 4 exemplary performance points.
