The majority of the office space will use "open office" modular furnishings with relocatable wall panels. If these wall panels are situated so they do not allow a direct line of sight to vision glazing for seated occupants at their workspace, is it possible to capture this credit?
Ruling
This credit is calculated by including all space demising walls installed as part of the capital improvement project. Typically, modular furniture partitions (3\' 6" to 5\' 0") are not considered in this calculation. Full height demountable walls are considered in the calculation. Applicable Internationally.
