The Mechanical Engineer of record plans to issue a letter demonstrating compliance with ASHRAE 55-1992, Addenda 1995 for thermal comfort. In this letter we will include the following information: a. Initial Design Criteria - Outdoor Ambient Design Conditions and Indoor Design Conditions. b. Initial assumptions for thermal comfort with regard to climate, activity level, clothing, etc...per ASHRAE 55-1992, Addenda 1995. c. Air movement ranges for each floor-by-floor air handler (12 total). Will a letter containing the above information comply with the requirements of this credit? If not, what additional information is needed?
