Can the council provide clarification on whether or not measures that recover heat and use it for domestic hot water qualify for credit under LEEDTM? Can measures that reduce domestic hot water usage directly qualify for credit under LEED?

Energy cost savings generated by site-recovery schemes are handled in the same fashion as renewable energy cost savings. See the Reference Guide for an example of how to calculate the savings contribution. Applicable Internationally.
