LEED Version 2.0 requires MSDS sheets for EQc4.1 submittal, but MSDS sheets often do not provide VOC data. May cut sheets or other product literature from manufacturers be submitted in place of MSDS sheets, as long as the VOC data is listed?
Ruling
Cut sheets, brochures and testimonial letters from manufacturers are acceptable substitutes for MSDS sheets. Whatever the documentation may be, it must be authentic and include the required data. Applicable internationally.
