Please clarify the language in SSc4.1 regarding locating the project within 1/4 mile of two or more public or campus bus lines. Does this mean that a single bus stop that serves 2 or more bus lines meets this requirement? Or must there be 2 or more bus stops within 1/4 mile? If the latter, please clarify if there are any requirements regarding how many bus lines the 2 bus stops must serve.
Ruling
The requirement is met as long as there is at least one bus stop within 1/4 mile that is served by two or more bus lines. If there are two bus stops within 1/4 mile, two bus lines must be accessible at those stops (at both stops or one bus line per stop). Applicable internationally.
