ASHRAE 90.1 mentions the ENVSTD program should be used to prove compliance with the envelope trade-off option, it does not mention the Comcheck-EZ program for determining compliance with 90.1. Will LEED allow the use of the Comcheck-EZ program instead of ENVSTD for the envelope trade-off option to determine compliance for the Minimum Energy Performance prerequisite?

Yes, Comcheck-EZ may be used in lieu of the ENVSTD program. Note that the mandatory requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 must still be met when using the envelope trade-off option to determine compliance. Applicable internationally.
