This is an administrative ruling, posted by USGBC, to clarify the use of the EA Credit 2 point achievement interpolation table that was published in the first edition of the LEED-NC Reference Guide (for Version 2.0).
The Reference Guide for LEED-NC Version 2.0 included a point achievement interpolation table on page 144. The Version 2.1 Reference Guide does not include the interpolation table because it differs from the ballot-approved credit requirements. For administrative consistency, it has been determined (previous to this CIR) that the v2.0 interpolation table will also be used for v2.1 project certifications. The interpolation table is available to LEED-NC Reference Package customers in their hardcopy of the v2.0 edition, or in the e-copy on the Reference Package download page, https://www.usgbc.org/LEED/Reference/Online_Reference_Guide.asp and as follows: 2.51 - 7.50 % ...... 1 point 7.51 - 15.50 % .... 2 points > 15.51 % .......... 3 points Applicable internationally.
