Are two or three credits available for achieveing level one and level two of the energy efficiency credit (one credit for level one and two credits for level two for a total of three credits - or - one credit for level one and one credit for level two for a total of two credits)?
Ruling
There is a credit award for achieving a specific level. The credits are not additive, e.g. reaching level 4 is worth 4 credits, not 1+2+3 +4= 10. Applicable internationally.
