We are investigating using non-ducted, natural ventilation and cooling for our project. If we provide a similar construction phase IAQ plan for a project that is not based on a conventional ducted system, will the 2 points be available? What standards would apply?
Ruling
The second credit for IAQ management is available for extraordinary efforts to keep the long term system clean prior to startup. The way the credit is currently written, If there is no system available, there is no credit available. Therefore only one IAQ credit is available for this scheme. Applicable internationally.
