Commissioning has not been addressed until the end of construction drawings. The project will begin commissioning with construction. If a commissioning program includes only construction and post-construction, will this suffice for the commissioning credit ?
Ruling
The strongest commissioning plan is one generated early in the project. However, creating one late in the project does not preclude capturing this credit, as long as the intent of the Commisioning Requirements for LEED Green Building Rating (2/29/99) version 8 are met. Applicable internationally.
