Ruling
To earn SS 5 e-ii or e-iii, projects must install a physical termite barrier system approved by local code to be effective at limiting subterranean termite infestation. If no local code exists, reference national or international codes such as ICC standard AC380 ‘Acceptance Criteria for Termite Physical Barrier Systems.’
