Can part (e-vi) be awarded to a project if it only includes a slab and stem wall foundation type, if the stem wall is filled or solid concrete? Or does this credit only apply for a project that has a basement or crawl space?
Ruling
No; credit SS 5 (e) (vi) can only be earned by projects with foundation walls, not projects with stem wall & slab construction.
