Is there a minimum lighting requirement for the ALP? Can this credit be awarded to a project even if it includes no hard-wired lighting in much of the house - i.e. living rooms, bedrooms, dens?
Ruling
This credit may not be awarded unless hard-wired lighting is provided throughout the home - including not only kitchens and bathrooms, but also living rooms, bedrooms, etc.
