For LL 6 Access to Open Space, how are golf courses handled? What if the course if public (with paid green fees)? Private? What about golf cart communities where the homebuyers all have free access to the course?
Ruling
If a golf course has free space open to the public around it (ie a walking path) it’s fine, but otherwise it doesn’t qualify because there’s no open space .
