Projects outside the U.S may purchase products that have not been qualified or labeled under the ENERGY STAR program if they meet the qualification criteria identified in the ENERGY STAR product specifications for that given product. ENERGY STAR product specifications can be found on the ENERGY STAR website: http://energystar.gov/products/specs/. All products must meet the qualification criteria of the current version of ENERGY STAR as of the date of material purchase for that given product.
