For projects in California using Title-24 2013, how will LEED Midrise score projects since the 2013 code is substantially more stringent than 2008?
For projects that register after October 1, 2014, LEED Midrise will require projects that are permitted under Title-24 2013 to exceed it by at least 10%. Scoring will shift down from the previous 15% to 10%. However, projects are allowed to submit for certification using whatever version of Title-24 was used for the permitting process.
