A LEED for Homes Green Rater credential is equivalent to the LEED AP Homes, so long as the Green Rater is part of the project team, and is not part of the verification team, or doing their mentorship training on the project. Both Green Rater Certificate Holders and Green Raters In-Training are eligible.
